Wuxi ZhenDa Bearing Steel Tube Company, founded in June 2004, has more than 500 existing staff, covers an area of 70, 000 square meters and annual productive capacity is 100, 000 tons. Now we are able to produce dozens of kinds of steel grades and seamless steel tubes with thousands of specifications. The products have been registered as "Hao Ren" and "zhenda", and got the Jiang Su Famous Trademark in 2004. Seamless high pressure boiler steel tube was honored the title of "Gold Cup" by the National Steel Industrial Association for its good quality. In March, 2005 we became the director unit of the National Association of Pipe Unit. Besides, in 2007, we got the award for Jiangsu famous-brand products. We possess a complete set of steel tube manufacturing equipments, including a set of Φ 50 strengthening piercing machines, three sets of Φ 50 piercing machine, twenty-four sets of drawing machines ranging from 15t to 100t, three heat treatment furnaces, eight sets of straightening machines with big, small and medium size and etc. In order to ensure to meet customers′ quality requirements, Our company has quite perfect testing tools, namely, three sets of eddy current flaw detection equipment, one piece of ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, one WE-600A all-purpose hydraulic test machine, one set of CHT4106(1000KN) microcomputer hydraulic testing machine for all-purpose, one set of GB-300B impact testing machine, one set of straightness spectrometers imported from Germany, and a full set of metallographic test equipment and physical and chemical apparatus. By now, we have established and enhanced a complete set of the testing means which meets the requirements.

We have passed ISO9001Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001environmental management system certification, and the EU PED Directive (97/23 / EC), AD-2000 W0 certificate issued by Germany TUV.
